• Jungle Scout - Research, automated review requests
• Keepa - Research and product history
• Bindwise - email alerts to monitor PDP and fee changes, reimbursement opportunities, account health, etc.
• GETIDA - Reimbursements
• NetSuite - Accounting (just onboarded but soon for reporting)
• In8Sync - Netsuite integrator to Amazon
• ManageByStats - Analytics/reporting, customer emails, keyword tracking
• Google sheets - Factory PO and FBA forecasting/replenishment
• Zendesk - customer service
• MS Excel - Reporting

We use Quartile for advertising, and we like their automated approach to bidding and campaign management.

We use Jungle Scout for market research data, and to forecast trends. Their data is not 100% accurate but you get a good sense of which items have traction.

Our order management is done internally via an API sync into our ERP system, so we don’t use any fancy software to manage orders etc since its just data we import/export.
